Abstract
In a freight compartment for a motor vehicle, with a cargo net for holding transported goods on a freight compartment floor, at least one sectioning device is provided for dividing the freight compartment into at least two spaces. Such construction can be used in passenger cars of the sedan type.

Sectioning device for a trunk space of a motor vehicle, which has at least one flexible barrier or one of stable shape at least sectionally which can be aligned in the trunk space and fixed to the vehicle, wherein the barrier has one frame of stable shape which is journaled on a wall of the trunk space so as to be turnable between a rest position in contact with the wall and an active position dividing the trunk space into at least two spaces, the frame extending in the active position between a floor and a roof of the trunk space.
