Thin film, method and apparatus for forming the same, and electronic component incorporating the same

A method for forming a thin film comprising the steps of:

• atomizing or vaporizing a liquid deposition material;
• supplying the atomized or vaporized deposition material onto a moving heated surface so that the atomized or vaporized deposition material is deposited on the moving heated surface;
• heating the moving surface to vaporize the deposition material so that the vaporized deposition material is deposited onto a deposition surface,
• wherein the deposition material is supplied onto a position of the heated moving surface where the atomized or vaporized deposition material, from the step of atomizing or vaporizing, does not linearly reach the deposition surface, and
• wherein the method further comprises, prior to depositing the deposition material onto the deposition surface, a step of radiating a charged particle beam onto the deposition material, the electrostatic energy of the charged particle beam accelerating the deposition of the deposition material on the deposition surface in the step of depositing the deposition material.
