Abstract
Nanostructured non-stoichiometric materials are disclosed. Novel magnetic materials and their applications are discussed. More specifically, the specifications teach the use of nanotechnology and nanostructured materials for developing novel magnetic devices and products.
Claims6
A method of preparing a device comprising:
- providing a metal-containing substance;
- converting the metal-containing substance into a non-stoichiometric non-equilibrium crystalline nanomaterial;
- and
- incorporating the nanomaterial into a device by a process selected from the group consisting of:
- molding, stamping, sputtering and pressing.
