An absorbent article having a pigmented cover; a pigmented apertured transfer layer; an absorbent core; and a pigmented backsheet that provides masking of synthetic menstrual fluid and discretion.
Claims6
A discrete absorbent article comprising:
- a) a single carbon black pigmented polypropylene cover layer having a surface area, wherein the cover layer comprises a pattern of embossed features, each embossed feature comprises a major axis length and a minor axis length, wherein the major axis length is greater than or equal to the minor axis length;
- b) a carbon black pigmented polyethylene apertured transfer layer;
- c) an absorbent core;
- and
- d) a carbon black pigmented polyethylene backsheet.
