Abstract
The present invention relates to amine derivatives represented by formula (1) or salts thereof. R3 represents C1-C3 alkyl, hydroxylated C1-C5 alkyl, C1-C5 acyl; C2-C5 alkenyl, or a halogen atom; and k, l, and m are each an integer of 1 to 4.) Exhibiting excellent antifungal effect, these compounds are highly useful as antifungal agents, antifungal compositions, drugs, etc.

An amine of formula (1):
- wherein
- R1 represents a C1-C4 linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group;
- R2 represents a group represented by (i);
- (i)
- R3 represents a C1-C3 linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group, a hydroxylated C1-C5 linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group, a C1-C5 linear, branched, or cyclic acyl group, a formyl group, an acetyl group, a propionyl group, a C2-C5 linear, branched, or cyclic alkenyl group, or a halogen atom;
- R3 in the number of m may be identical to or different from one another, and when R3 is alkyl, m is at least 2 and at least one R3 is alkenyl;
- or when R3 is halogen, m is at least 2 and at least one R3 is alkenyl or alkyl,
- k, l, and m are each an integer of 1 to 4;
- R4 represents a C1-C4 linear alkyl group or phenyl group;
- or a salt thereof.
