Abstract
The present invention relates to a peptide corresponding to human troponin subunit fragment I amino acid residues 118-137 and homologs thereof, as well as pharmaceutical compositions.
Claims4
A peptide consisting essentially of a region of troponin subunit I having amino acid residues 118-137 (huTnI118-137) of SEQ ID NO:17.
A peptide having 80% homology to a region of troponin subunit I having amino acid residues 118-137 (huTnI118-137) of SEQ ID NO:17.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a peptide consisting essentially of a region of troponin subunit I having amino acid residues 118-137 (huTnI118-137) of SEQ ID NO:17 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a peptide having 80% homology to a region of troponin subunit I having amino acid residues 118-137 (huTnI118-137) of SEQ ID NO:17 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
