Cleaning wipe

A dishwashing cleaning wipe which comprises approximately:

• (a) 20 wt. % to 95 wt. % of a water insoluble substrate having more than one layer;
• and
• (b) 5 wt. % to 80 wt. % of a liquid cleaning composition being coated onto and impregnated into said water insoluble substrate, wherein said liquid cleaning composition comprises:
• (i) 2 wt. % to 50 wt. % of at least one anionic sulfonate surfactant selected from the group consisting of sulfonated anionic surfactants and sulfated anionic surfactants;
• (ii) 0.25% to 20% of a surfactant selected from the group consisting of ethoxylated nonionic surfactants, zwitterionic surfactants, alkyl polyglucosides, amine oxides and C12-C14 alkyl monoalkanol amides and mixtures thereof;
• (iii) 0.005 to 3.0% by weight of benzalkonium chloride;
• and (iv) the balance being water, wherein said composition has a pH of 6 to 8 and does not contain ammonium hydroxide, an alkali metal hydroxide, potassium sorbate, a polysaccharide polymer, a polycarboxylate polymer, polyvinyl alcohol polymer, polyvinylpyrrolidone polymer, a polycarboxylate polymer or methyl vinyl ether polymer.
