Abstract
Disclosed is a form comprising a surface having a morphology of complex lenses wherein the surface asperities have an amplitude of between 1 and 40 micrometers, a spatial frequency of between 1 and 100 complex lenses per square millimeter, and between 1 and 40 minor lenses per major lens. Also disclosed is a method for making such a form.

A form comprising a surface having a morphology of complex lenses wherein the surface asperities have an amplitude of between 1 and 40 micrometers, a spatial frequency of between 1 and 100 complex lenses per square millimeter, and between 1 and 40 minor lenses per major lens.
A process for making a form comprising a surface having a morphology of complex lenses comprising the steps of creating asperities on the surface of the form and plating the surface of the form to provide a metallic coating in the shape of the desired complex lenses.
