Abstract
The invention relates to an insect cell vector for the production of proteins from the DEAD protein family.
Claims37
An insect cell vector comprising (a) a nucleic acid coding for a full-length protein from the DEAD protein superfamily and (b) a native 3′-noncoding region positioned at the 3′ end of the coding region, wherein said vector, when introduced into a population of insect cells, causes accumulation of at least 300 mg of said protein per 109 cells.
An insect cell vector comprising (a) a nucleic acid coding for a protein from the DEAD protein superfamily and (b) a native 3′-noncoding region positioned at the 3′end of the coding region, wherein the nucleic acid of (a) codes for a protein which imparts to cells tolerance to leflunomide.
An insect cell vector comprising (a) a nucleic acid coding for a protein from the DEAD protein superfamily having a sequence according to SEQ ID No. 7.
An insect cell vector comprising (a) a nucleic acid comprising a sequence according to SEQ ID No. 8 coding for a protein from the DEAD protein superfamily.
An insect cell vector comprising (a) a nucleic acid coding for a protein from the DEAD protein superfamily and (b) a native 3′-noncoding region positioned at the 3′-end of the coding region, wherein a nucleic acid having the sequence according to SEQ ID NO:
- 12 is contained at the 5′ end of the nucleic acid of (a).
An insect cell vector comprising (a) a nucleic acid coding for a protein from the DEAD protein superfamily and (b) a native 3′-noncoding region positioned at the 3′-end of the coding region, wherein a sequence according to SEQ ID NO:
- 13 is contained at the 5′ end of the nucleic acid of (a).
