Soft electrical heater with continuous temperature sensing

A soft and flexible heater having a durable construction for incorporation into a plurality of articles, said heater comprising:

• at least one continuous heating cable comprising at least one electrically conductive textile fiber as heating means,
• at least one electronic power control regulator to control temperature and to vary electrical power output in said heater,
• at least one continuous temperature sensor, electrically connected to said electronic power control regulator to provide a signal of temperature change in said heater.

A soft and flexible heating tape having a durable construction for incorporation into a plurality of articles, said heating tape comprising:

• at least one electrically conductive textile fibers, encapsulated by a plurality of layer of nonconductive means to form at least two heating cables,
• said at least two heating cables are electrically connected with each other in series at the end of said heating tape.

A soft and flexible heater having a durable construction for incorporation into a plurality of articles, said heater comprising:

• at least two heating cables each of which is comprised of at least one electrically conductive textile fiber, encapsulated by at least one layer of nonconductive means,
• said at least two heating cables are sandwiched between at least two strips of nonconductive means, which are attached to each other to hold said at least two heating cables in predetermined place.

A soft and flexible heater having a durable construction for incorporation into a plurality of articles, said heater comprising:

• at least two heating cables each of which is comprised of at least one electrically conductive textile fiber, encapsulated by at least one layer of nonconductive means,
• said at least two heating cables are sandwiched between at least two sheets of nonconductive means, which are attached to each other to hold said at least two heating cables in predetermined place.
