Abstract
An integrated circuit detects the voltage level of the supply voltage to the integrated circuit. Circuity on the integrated circuit including the charge pump circuity adjusts to operate more effectively or efficiently at the voltage level of the supply voltage.
Claims4
A method of operating an integrated circuit comprising:
- determining a stored threshold voltage of a memory cell by varying a voltage at a control electrode of the memory cell until the memory cell changes from a first state to a second state;
- and
- using the stored threshold voltage, generating a playback output voltage, below the stored threshold voltage by an offset value.
