Abstract
The present invention provides novel compounds and pharmaceutical compositions thereof useful in the treatment of pain. The compounds of the present invention are azaadamantanes, azanoradamantanes and azahomoadamantanes.

A compound having the formula:
- wherein R is —S-propyl, or a geometrical isomer thereof, an enantiomer thereof, a diastereomer thereof, a racemate thereof, an acid addition salt thereof, or a salt thereof with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid.
