The present invention relates to a method for treating eosinophilic granuloma in a Feline comprising administering a pharmaceutical composition, the composition comprising N-palmitoylethanolamide. The present invention also relates to said pharmaceutical composition and the process for the preparation thereof.

A method for treating eosinophilic granuloma in a Feline, said method comprising administering a pharmaceutical composition, wherein the composition is comprised of N-palmitoylethanolamide.
A pharmaceutical composition comprised of N-palmitoylethanolamide in micronized form or co-micronized with an excipient, together with pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
A process for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition comprising the step of micronizing or co-micronizing N-palmitoylethanolamide with an excipient.
