Abstract
A method of isolating and developing a membrane containing pluripotent autogenous stem cells of endodermal origin for the use of neo-organogenesis and neo-histogenesis of various organs and tissues in mammals.
Claims12
An in vivo and in situ method of organogenesis of tissues or organs developed from an embryonal endodermal germ layer, comprising steps of surgically transferring an autogenous membrane containing stem cells to a site where the organ or tissue is to be regenerated, said autogenous membrane being selected from a corresponding contiguous embryonal segment in a developed body and providing a new functional need and tissue environment for regeneration of the desired tissue or organ.
