Abstract
This invention relates to insecticidal pet collars useful in protecting animals against arthropods comprising amitraz, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and atipamezole.

An insecticidal pet collar comprising 0.1 to 40% by weight of amitraz, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and atipamezole wherein said atipamezole is present in a concentration sufficient to ameliorate poisoning of said pet upon ingestion by said pet of said collar.
