A porous textile product made from bioactive glass fibers, wherein the fibers therein are of at least two types, fiber A and fiber B, in which fiber A comprises a bioactive glass, and fiber B comprises a weakly bioactive glass which in physiological conditions does not completely dissolve within the first few months.
