Abstract
Methods are disclosed for the treatment and prevention of male and female sexual function disorders which comprise a racemic or optically pure sibutramine metabolite and a phosphodiesterase inhibitor.
Claims12
A method of treating or preventing sexual dysfunction which comprises administering to a patient in need of such treatment or prevention therapeutically or prophylactically effective amounts of a sibutramine metabolite, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, hydrate, clathrate, or prodrug thereof, and a phosphodiesterase inhibitor.
