Abstract
Recombinant antibody constructs comprise the variable regions of the heavy and light chains of anti-GD2 antibodies. These antibody constructs may be coupled to a label such as a radiolabel or to a protein such as streptavidin or pro-drug converting enzymes for use in imaging or therapeutic applications. The antibody constructs may also be transduced into T cells to produce populations of T cells which target GD2-producing tumor cells.
Claims8
A recombinant polynucleotide encoding a single chain anti-GD2 antibody, said polynucleotide comprising a region encoding the variable region of the light chain of an anti-GD2 antibody linked to a region encoding the variable region of the heavy chain of an anti-GD2 antibody, wherein the variable region of the light chain is linked to the variable region of the heavy chain in an orientation whereby a peptide expressed from the polynucleotide binds to GD2, and wherein the polynucleotide comprises, in contiguous sequence, the bases identified in SEQ. ID NO:
- 2.
