Remote operator interface for a network computer

A remote operator interface for a network computer having a first plurality of physical input and output interface devices including at least a power switch and a power indicator, comprising:

• a pocket-sized structural enclosure for remotely mounting a second plurality of physical input and output interface devices including at least a power switch and a power indicator, said second plurality of physical input and output interface devices for providing a remote operator interface which can control a network computer;
• and
• means for electrically coupling said second plurality of physical input and output interface devices to said first plurality of physical input and output interface devices at said network computer, wherein said means for electrically coupling allows a network computer to be remotely located from said remote operator interface and be controlled by an operator at said remote operator interface.
