Abstract
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition which is appropriate for eradication or extermination of Helicobacter pylori wherein [4-[4-(4-methylbenzyloxycarbonyl)phenyl[phenyl trans-4-guanidinomethylcyclohexanecarboxylate or an acid addition salt thereof are compounded and it also relates to a complex consisting them.

A pharmaceutical composition having an anti-Helicobacter pylori action which comprises 4-[4-(4-methylbenzyloxycarbonyl)phenyl]phenyl trans-4-guanidinomethylcyclohexanecarboxylate or an acid addition salt thereof and cyclodextrin.
A pharmaceutical composition having an anti-Helicobacter pylori action which comprises a complex of 4-[4-(4-methylbenzyloxycarbonyl)phenyl]phenyl trans-4-guanidinomethylcyclohexanecarboxylate or an acid addition salt thereof and cyclodextrin.
A complex of 4-[4-(4[methylbenzyloxycarbonyl)phenyl trans-4-guanidinomethyloyclohexanecarboxylate or an acid addition salt thereof with β-cyclodextrin.
A method of treating an animal having a Helicobacter pylori infection, comprising administering to the animal an effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising 4-[4-(4-methylbenzyloxycarbonyl)phenyl]phenyl trans-4-guanidinomethylcyclohexanecarboxylate or an acid addition salt thereof and cyclodextrin.
