Abstract
The present invention relates to novel compounds of the formula (I) in which Het represents one of the groups in which A, B, D, G, V, W, X, Y and Z are as defined in the description, processes and intermediates for their preparation, and to their use as pesticides and herbicides.

A compound of the formula (VI)
- in which
- V represents hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy,
- W represents cyano, nitro, halogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxy, halogenalkyl, halogenoalkoxy, unsubstituted or substituted phenyl, phenoxy, phenylthio, phenylalkyloxy or phenylalkylthio,
- Y represents hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, halgenoalkyl, halogenalkoxy, cyano or nitro,
- Z represents halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, halogenoalkyl, halogenalkoxy, hydroxyl, cyano, nitro or unsubstituted or substituted phenoxy, phenylthio, 5- to 6-membered hetaryloxy, 5- to 6-membered hetarylthio, phenylalkyloxy or phenylalkylthio,
- Y and Z represent together with the carbon atoms that they are attached to an unsubstituted or substituted cycle which is uninterrupted or interrupted by one or more heteroatoms, V, X and W having one of the above mentioned meanings, or
- W and Z represent together with the carbon atoms that they are attached to an unsubstituted or substituted cycle which is uninterrupted or interrupted by one or more heteroatoms, V, X and Y having one of the above mentioned meanings and
- Hal represents chlorine or bromine.
