An oral pharmaceutical dosage form, comprising a mixture of a delay release formulation of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and a mixture containing a prostaglandin and one or more excipients, wherein the prostaglandin mixture is a powder and the dosage form contains multi-particulate coated granules of the NSAID formulation together with the powdered prostaglandin mixture.
