Abstract
Methods and compositions are provided for intra-pericardial administration of anti-microtubule agents, suitable for use in treating or preventing a variety of diseases of the pericardium, heart, or, coronary vasculature.

A method for treating or preventing disease of the pericardium, heart, or coronary vasculature, comprising administering intrapericardially to a patient an anti-microtubule agent, such that said disease of the pericardium, heart, or coronary vasculature is treated or prevented.
