Abstract
Oxime ethers of formula (I) in which a) X is an N atom and Y is an oxygen atom or NH, or b) X is CH and Y is an oxygen atom, in which furthermore R1 is C1-C4alkyl; R2 is hydrogen, C1-C4alkyl or cyclopropyl; and in which R3 and R4 are as defined herein, are fungicidal, acaricidal and insecticidal active ingredients for agriculture. They can be employed as formulated crop protection compositions.

A compound of the formula
- in which
- a)
- X is an N atom and
- Y is an oxygen atom or NH, or
- b)
- X is CH and
- Y is an oxygen atom,
- R1 is C1-C4alkyl;
- R2 is cyclopropyl;
- R3 is substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy, substituted or unsubstituted arylthio, substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryloxy, substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylthio, substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C4alkynylphenyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylmethyl;
- and
- R4 is C1-C6alkyl;
- C1-C6haloalkyl having 1 to 5 halogen atoms;
- C1-C4alkoxy-C1-C2alkyl;
- C2-C6alkenyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by 1 to 3 halogen atoms;
- C2-C6alkynyl;
- C3-C6cycloalkyl-C1-C4alkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by 1 to 4 halogen atoms;
- R2 may also be methyl when R3 is substituted or unsubstituted C2-C4alkynylphenyl.
