The present invention provides methods for detecting the presence of an analyte indicative of various medical conditions, including halitosis, periodontal disease and other diseases are also disclosed.
Claims10
A method for detecting pneumonia, said method comprising:
- contacting an array of sensors with mammalian breath suspected of containing a marker gas indicative of pneumonia;
- and
- detecting said marker gases to determine the presence of pneumonia.
