Abstract
Urocanic acid derivatives useful as antiallergic agents represented by the following formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof: wherein R2 denotes hydrogen or lower alkyl, R3 denotes nitro, amino, cyano or COOR2, wherein R2 in said COOR2 is as defined above, and Q denotes carbon or nitrogen.

A urocanic acid derivative represented by the following formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof

A method for treatment of an allergic disease in a patient comprising administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of a urocanic acid derivative represented by the following formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof
