- a) crossing a soybean plant of soybean line 9323265446451, a sample of seed of said line having been deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-3595, with a second soybean plant to yield progeny soybean seed;
- b) growing progeny soybean seed to yield said 9323265446451-derived soybean plant.
