Fungicidal 6-(2-halo-4-alkoxyphenyl)-triazolopyrimidines

A compound of formula I

• in which
• R1 represents straight chain or branched C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, or C1-C6 haloalkyl;
• R2 represents hydrogen or straight chain or branched C1-C6 alkyl;
• or,
• R1 and R2 together with the interjacent nitrogen atom represent a heterocyclic ring optionally substituted with one or two C1-C6 alkyl groups wherein the heterocyclic ring atoms consist of the interjacent nitrogen atom and 5-6 carbon atoms;
• R3 represents C3-C6 alkenyl, C3-C6 alkynyl, phenyl-C1-C6alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy-C1-C4 alkyl, di-C1-C4 alkoxy-C1-C4 alkyl, phenyl or C1-C4 haloalkyl group;
• L1 represents a hydrogen, fluorine or chlorine atom;
• L2 represents a fluorine or chlorine atom;
• and
• Hal represents a halogen atom.
