Abstract
The present invention discloses compositions containing natural human extracellular matrices and methods for the use thereof. More particularly, the present invention provides compositions and methods for the repair of skin defects using natural human extracellular matrix by injection.
Claims16
A method for the repair of a skin defect comprising:
- injecting a human secreted extracellular matrix comprising a mixture of cell-free, naturally secreted human extracellular components derived from living stromal tissue formulated for in vivo administration by injection via a syringe and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier at a site of a skin or tissue defect.
