Abstract
Diisocyanates of the formula (I) where R1 is a C1-C10-hydrocarbon radical and R3 is a C1-Cl2-hydrocarbon group and n is an integer from 1 to 10, are described.

A diisocyanate of the formula (I)
- where R1 is a C1-C10-hydrocarbon radical and R3 is a C1-C12-hydrocarbon group and n is an integer from 1 to 10.
A process as recited in claim 3, comprising providing the at least one diisocyanate of the formula (III) in a molar excess compared to the at least one phospholene of the formula (II).
A process as claimed in claim 3, wherein the phosphate of the formula (IV) formed in the reaction is removed completely from the reaction mixture.
