Claims20
A method for the synthesis of N-homocysteine thiolactonyl retinamide comprising, conjugating retinoic acid with a homocysteine thiolactone using two coupling agents.
A method for the synthesis of N-homocysteine thiolactonyl retinamide comprising,
- a) obtaining a homocysteine thiolactone hydrochloride;
- b) obtaining retinoic acid;
- and
- c) conjugating the homocysteine thiolactone hydrochloride with retinoic acid using two coupling agents.
A method for the synthesis of N-homocysteine thiolactonyl retinamide comprising, using DL-homocysteine thiolactone hydrochloride as the starting material and conjugating this with retinoic acid using N-ethyl-N′-(3-dimethyl-aminopropyl)carbodiimide and a second agent.
