Claims23
A method for achieving a circadian rhythm phase-shifting effect in a mammal in need thereof which comprises administering to the mammal an effective amount of a neurokinin-1 receptor antagonist.
A method for resetting the internal circadian clock in a mammal in need thereof which comprises administering to the mammal an effective amount of a neurokinin-1 receptor antagonist.
A method for shortening the time of reintrainment of circadian rhythms in a mammal in need thereof following a shift in the sleep-wake cycle of the mammal which comprises administering to the mammal an effective amount of a neurokinin-1 receptor antagonist.
