An isolated nucleic acid comprising a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of:
- i) a nucleotide sequence encoding SEQ ID No. 2;
- ii) a nucleotide sequence encoding SEQ ID No. 4;
- iii) SEQ ID No. 1;
- and
- iv) SEQ ID No. 3.
