Abstract
By inspecting an electrical wiring route of a solar cell module while applying a load to the solar cell module, it is possible to more accurately judge the presence or absence of a defect in the electrical wiring route of the solar cell module.

A method of inspecting an electrical wiring route of a solar cell module comprising a solar cell element, which comprises the step of inspecting an electrical wiring route of a solar cell module while applying a load to the solar cell module such that the solar cell module generates a deformation or distortion.
A method of producing a solar cell module comprising a solar cell element, which comprises the steps of providing a solar cell module and inspecting an electrical wiring route of the solar cell module while applying a load to the solar cell module such that the solar cell module generates a deformation or distortion.
