Abstract
A novel soybean cultivar, designated 01022550, is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of soybean cultivar 01022550, to the plants of soybean 01022550 and to methods for producing a soybean plant produced by crossing the cultivar 01022550 with itself or another soybean variety. The invention further relates to hybrid soybean seeds and plants produced by crossing the cultivar 01022550 with another soybean cultivar.

A soybean seed designated 01022550, a sample of said seed deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-3209.
A tissue culture of regenerable cells of a soybean plant of cultivar 01022550, wherein the tissue regenerates plants capable of expressing all of the morphological and physiological characteristics of the cultivar 01022550.
A method for producing a 01022550-derived soybean plant, comprising:
- a) crossing soybean line 01022550, a sample of seed of said line having been deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-3209, with a second soybean plant to yield progeny soybean seed;
- b) growing said progeny soybean seed, under plant growth conditions, to yield said 01022550-derived soybean plant.
