Abstract
A method for stabilizing blood pressure during hemodialysis is described which uses a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, in particular, a cGMP PDEv inhibitor in the treatment of humans.
Claims20
A method of stabilizing blood pressure during hemodialysis comprising administering to a mammal in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of a compound which is a PDE inhibitor.
The method of claim 2 wherein said PDE inhibitor is a cGMP PDE inhibitor and the mammal is a human.
