Abstract
Disclosed herein is an apparatus for producing a color filter, comprising a substrate supporting stage, on which a substrate is mounted, and an ink-jet head for coloring a coloring region on the substrate, wherein an area of each non-contact portion present in the coloring region among non-contact portions, at which the substrate comes into no contact with the substrate supporting stage when the substrate is placed on the substrate supporting stage, is 9 mm2 or less.
Claims8
An apparatus for producing a color filter comprising:
- a substrate supporting stage on which a substrate is mounted and an ink-jet head for coloring a coloring region on the substrate, wherein an area of each non-contact portion present in the coloring region among non-contact portions, at which the substrate does not contact the substrate supporting stage when the substrate is placed on the substrate supporting stage, is 9 mm2 or less, and cutouts are included in the substrate supporting stage.
An apparatus for producing a color filter comprising:
- a substrate supporting stage on which a substrate is mounted and an ink-jet head for coloring a coloring region on the substrate, wherein an area of each non-contact portion present in the coloring region among non-contact portions, at which the substrate does not contact the substrate supporting stage when the substrate is placed on the substrate supporting stage, is 9 mm2 or less, and wherein the width of the substrate supporting stage is smaller than that of the substrate.
A process for producing a color filter comprising the steps of:
- mounting a substrate having black matrices which define apertures on a substrate supporting stage, and coloring said apertures by an ink-jet system, wherein an area of each non-contact portion present in the coloring region among non-contact portions, at which the substrate does not contact the substrate supporting stage when the substrate is placed on the substrate supporting stage, is in the range of 0.03 to 9 mm2.
A process for producing a color filter comprising the steps of:
- mounting a substrate having black matrices and an ink-receiving layer on a substrate supporting stage, and coloring a coloring region of the ink-receiving layer by an ink-jet system, wherein an area of each non-contact portion present in the coloring region among non-contact portions, at which the substrate does not contact the substrate supporting stage when the substrate is placed on the substrate supporting stage, is in the range of 0.03 to 9 mm2.
