Abstract
The present invention relates to novel compositions of cactus fruit extract which are dried to a powder form for use in food products and nutritional supplements. The novel powders of the present invention may be used in food products and drinks as well as capsules or tablets.

A solid dietary supplement, comprising:
- dehydrated cactus fruit juice;
- and
- dehydrated ginseng berry juice.
A powdered dietary supplement, comprising:
- dehydrated cactus fruit juice;
- and
- dehydrated ginseng berry juice.
A food product comprising a powdered dietary supplement, said supplement comprising:
- dehydrated cactus fruit juice;
- and
- dehydrated ginseng berry juice.
A powdered dietary supplement in capsule form, comprising:
- dehydrated cactus fruit juice;
- and
- dehydrated ginseng berry juice.
