• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof, wherein
• n is zero;
• R1 is hydrogen;
• R2 is selected from the group consisting of
• hydrogen
• and
• -(alkylene)-NR6R7,
• wherein
• R6 and R7, taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached,
• R3 and R4 are independently selected from the group consisting of
• hydrogen and
• alkyl of one to six carbon atoms;
• or
• R4 is hydrogen and R2 and R3, taken together with the carbon atoms to which they are attached, form a 6-membered saturated carbocyclic ring;
• Ar1 is phenyl, wherein the phenyl is unsubstituted;
• X is
• —CH2SO2—;
• Y is selected from the group consisting of
• a covalent bond and
• —O—;
• and
• Ar2 is
• phenyl,
• wherein the phenyl can be optionally substituted with one substituent selected from the group consisting of
• halo and
• perfluoroalkoxy.
