Abstract
A polymer has a structural unit represented by the following formula (1): wherein X is single bond, substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group, —S—, or —O—, R1 to R6 are each hydrogen atom, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, or substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, and R1 to R6 may be the same or different. An electrophotographic photosensitive member is formed of the polymer. A process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus include the electrophotographic photosensitive member.
Claims21
An electrophotographic photosensitive member comprising a substrate and a photosensitive layer formed thereon;
- said photosensitive layer containing a polymer having a structural unit represented by the following formula (1):
- wherein X is single bond, substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group, —S—, or —O—, R1 to R6 are each hydrogen atom, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, or substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, and R1 to R6 are the same or different.
An electrophotographic photosensitive member comprising a substrate, an intermediate layer on said substrate, and a photosensitive layer on said intermediate layer;
- said intermediate layer containing a polymer having a structural unit represented by the following formula (1):
- wherein X is single bond, substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group, —S—, or —O—, R1 to R6 are each hydrogen atom, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, or substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, and R1 to R6 are the same or different.
A process cartridge comprising an electrophotographic photosensitive member, and at least one means selected from the group consisting of a charging means, a developing means, and a cleaning means;
- said electrophotographic photosensitive member and said at least one means being integrally supported and detachably mounted in an electrophotographic apparatus;
- said electrophotographic photosensitive member comprising a substrate and a photosensitive layer formed thereon;
- said photosensitive layer containing a polymer having a structural unit represented by the following formula (1):
- wherein X is single bond, substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group, —S—, or —O—, R1 to R6 are each hydrogen atom, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, or substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, and R1 to R6 are the same or different.
A process cartridge comprising an electrophotographic photosensitive member, and at least one means selected from the group consisting of a charging means, a developing means, and a cleaning means;
- said electrophotographic photosensitive member and said at least one means being integrally supported and detachably mounted in an electrophotographic apparatus;
- said electrophotographic photosensitive member comprising a substrate, an intermediate layer on said substrate, and a photosensitive layer on said intermediate layer;
- said intermediate layer containing a polymer having a structural unit represented by the following formula (1):

An electrophotographic apparatus comprising an electrophotographic photosensitive member, a charging means, an exposing means, a developing means, and a transfer means;
- said electrophotographic photosensitive member comprising a substrate and a photosensitive layer formed thereon;
- said photosensitive layer containing a polymer having a structural unit represented by the following formula (1):
- wherein X is single bond, substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group, —S—, or —O—, R1 to R6 are each hydrogen atom, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, or substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, and R1 to R6 are the same or different.
An electrophotographic apparatus comprising an electrophotographic photosensitive member, a charging means, an exposing means, a developing means, and a transfer means;
- said electrophotographic photosensitive member comprising a substrate, an intermediate layer on said substrate, and a photosensitive layer on said intermediate layer;
- said intermediate layer containing a polymer having a structural unit represented by the following formula (1):
- wherein X is single bond, substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group, —S—, or —O—, R1 to R6 are each hydrogen atom, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, or substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, and R1 to R6 are the same or different.
