Abstract
Disclosed are combinations of a taxoid, an alkylating agent and an anthracycline antibiotic, which compositions exhibit therapeutic synergy in the treatment of cancer.

A combination comprising at least one taxane selected from taxol, Taxotere and derivatives thereof in combination with an alkylating agent and an anthracycline antibiotic, wherein said combination has therapeutic synergy in the treatment of cancer.
A combination comprising at least one taxane selected from taxol, Taxotere and derivatives thereof in combination with cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin, wherein said combination has therapeutic synergy in the treatment of cancer.
A combination comprising at least one taxane selected from taxol, Taxotere and derivatives thereof in combination with cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin, wherein said combination has therapeutic synergy in the treatment of cancer and wherein administration of the constituents of said combination is separate.
