The invention relates to the seeds of garden bean cultivar ‘10417’, to the plants of garden bean ‘10417’ and to methods for producing a garden bean plant produced by crossing the cultivar ‘10417’ with itself or another garden bean variety. The invention further relates to hybrid garden bean seeds and plants produced by crossing the cultivar ‘10417’ with another garden bean cultivar.
