Abstract
An electroluminescent device including a layer of electroluminescent organic semiconductor material between a first transparent electrode of an n-type semiconductor material selected from nitrides and inorganic oxides, and a second electrode.
Claims3
An electroluminescent device, comprising a layer of electroluminescent semiconductive organic material, arranged between a first electrode, constituted by a material having a property of injecting electrons into said layer of electroluminescent material, and a second electrode, constituted by a layer of electrically conductive material having the property of injecting holes into the layer of electroluminescent material, characterized in that said first electrode is in a form of a transparent or translucent layer of a type n semiconductor material chosen from among mineral nitrides.
