Claims30
A pharmaceutical composition for oral administration which comprises a non-peptide osteogenesis-promoting substance and a polyethylene glycol or a derivative thereof, wherein the weight ratio of the polyethylene glycol or a derivative thereof relative to the non-peptide osteogenesis-promoting substance is from about 0.5 to about 2,000 times.
A pharmaceutical composition for oral administration which is produced by removing the organic solvent from a solution comprising a non-peptide osteogenesis-promoting substance and a polyethylene glycol or a derivative thereof in an organic solvent, wherein the weight ratio of the polyethylene glycol or a derivative thereof relative to the non-peptide osteogenesis-promoting substance is from about 0.5 to about 2,000 times.
A method for improving bioavailability of a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration comprising a non-peptide osteogenesis-promoting substance, which comprises adding a polyethylene glycol or a derivative thereof to the pharmaceutical composition.
