A phenylketiminooxybenzyl compound of formula I

• wherein
• X is O or NH;
• R1 is fluorine, chlorine, C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-haloalkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy and C1-C4-haloalkoxy;
• R2 is halogen, C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-haloalkyl and C1-C4-alkoxy;
• R3 is halogen, C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-haloalkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy, C1-C4-haloalkoxy, C3-C6-cycloalkyl, phenyl or phenoxy, wherein the phenyl radicals are unsubstituted or carry one to three of the following groups:
• halogen, C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-haloalkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy and C1-C4-haloalkoxy;
• CRa═NORb, wherein
• Ra is hydrogen or C1-C4-alkyl and
• Rb is C1-C4-alkyl, C3-C4-alkenyl or C3-C4-alkynyl;
• n is 1, 2 or 3, wherein the radicals R3 are identical or different when n is 2 or 3,
• and salts thereof.
