A compound of formula I
- W is S or O;
- R8 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and C1-C4 alkyl;
- R9 is selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-4-alkyl, C1-4-alkoxy, —CN, —OCF3, —CF3, —CONH2 and —CSNH2;
- and
- pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates thereof.

A formulation comprising a compound of Formula I
- W is S or O;
- R8 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and C1-C4 alkyl;

- and one or more excipients, diluents, and/or carriers therefor.
