Abstract
A food packaging stretch film made of a resin containing substantially no chlorine and having a storage modulus (E′) of from 5.0×108 to 5.0×109 dyn/cm2 and a loss tangent (tan δ) of from 0.2 to 0.8, as measured by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement at a frequency of 10 Hz at a temperature of 20° C.
Claims5
A food packaging stretch film free from polyvinyl chloride and having a storage modulus (E′) of from 5.0×108 to 5.0×109 dyn/cm2 and a loss tangent (tan δ) of from 0.2 to 0.8, as measured by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement at a frequency of 10 Hz at a temperature of 200° C., which film has at least one layer containing (A) from 20 to 80 wt % of a resin which is a copolymer of a vinyl aromatic monomer with a conjugated diene, or said copolymer which has been hydrogenated, and which resin has a glass transition temperature of at least −20° C. and (B) from 80 to 20 wt % of a propylene-containing polymer.
