Abstract
In a photovoltaic device module comprising a plurality of photovoltaic devices connected electrically through a metal member, an insulating member is so provided as to avoid contact between an edge portion of the photovoltaic device and the metal member. This can provide a photovoltaic device module which is inexpensive, easy to operate and highly reliable.
Claims18
A photovoltaic module comprising a plurality of photovoltaic devices, adjacent pairs of which are connected electrically through a metal member, wherein an insulating member is so provided as to avoid contact between an edge portion of each of the photovoltaic devices and the metal member and wherein the metal member has a flexure of 0.5 mm or more in a portion thereof which is in contact with the insulating member.
