Claims25
A tumor cell comprising a first and a second exogenous nucleic acid molecule, wherein
- (a) said first exogenous nucleic acid molecule encodes a superantigen or a biologically active fragment of a superantigen, and
- (b) said second exogenous nucleic acid molecule encodes a co-stimulatory molecule that is characterized as activating T cells in conjunction with an antigenic stimulus,
- which first and second nucleic acid molecules are expressed in said cell, rendering said cell capable of stimulating antitumor immune reactivity in vitro or in vivo.
