Abstract
A magnetic head attachment structure for a photographic film comprises a head unit for supporting magnetic heads which read and/or write magnetic information to or from the photographic film. The magnetic head attachment structure also includes a pressure unit for supporting bubble springs which press a magnetic recording surface of the photographic film to the magnetic heads. The bubble springs have a first condition where they are able to contact with the magnetic heads allowing the film to pass therebetween and a second condition where they are able to be selectively apart from the magnetic heads so that a pressure unit is able to rotate around the head unit on a shaft.
Claims11
A magnetic head attachment structure for a photographic film comprising:
- a head unit for supporting a magnetic head so as to, at least one of read and write magnetic information, to or from a photographic film;
- a pressure member for pressing a magnetic record surface of the photographic film to said magnetic head;
- a pressure unit for supporting said pressure member;
- and said pressure member having a first position substantially in contact with said magnetic head and a second position spaced apart from said magnetic head so that the relative positional relationship between said head unit and said pressure unit can change by rotational movement of at least one of said head unit and said pressure unit so that a head surface of said magnetic head is substantially exposed for cleaning.
